Self Care Series: Herbal Bath Salts & Scrubs

Spring is a season of ecstatic connection to life, our bodies, and the boundless creative energy of mother earth. Bathing is a beautiful time to invite in deep connection to one's self and the joyful energy of late Spring.  In this workshop, you will create your own customized herbal bath salts (or scrubs) as well as a simple ritual to transform your bathtime into a simply sacred way to connect to your inner magic through the cleansing properties of water and the healing properties of specific herbs. 

In this workshop you will: 

• Make and take 2 jars of herbal bath salts or scrubs
• Learn about the energetic properties of several herbs
• Learn about the healing energies of several crystals 
• Create your own bath time ritual to nourish your Mind, Body & Spirit 
• Light refreshments will be served

This workshop is open to ages 16+

In the spirit of connection, From the Earth Creative invites you to make an additional bath salt or scrub to gift to someone who need a little magic in their life. You may either take it with you if you have someone in mind, or leave it up to us to gift!

Class will be held in the Makers Space located on the third story (up two flights of stairs!) of the Middleburg Community Center. Unfortunately, the Makers Space it is not ADA accessible at this time, but please check back as we will be offering other workshops in the future that are.
